Arduino, open source hardware platform that has revolutionized the world of corporate prototyping & Leisure, annuncia il nuovo Arduino 9 Axes Motion Shield, based on the orientation sensor to 9 axes BNO055 by Bosch Sensortec and supported exclusively by platform IDE Arduino.
The sensor is a chip BNO055 System in Package (SiP) which integrates a tri-axial accelerometer to 14 bit, a tri-axial gyroscope 16 bits with a range of ± 2.000 degrees per second, a tri-axial geomagnetic sensor and a microcontroller 32 bit running the software BSX3.0 FusionLib. It also provides a combination of signals that are used to obtain, among others: quaternion, Euler angle, rotation vectors, linear acceleration and gravitational vector.
The shield is designed to make rapid prototypes in the areas of home automation, Internet of Things, industrial robotics, indoor navigation, augmented reality, gaming, wearable e in altri diversi campi destinati alla ricerca e sviluppo. Lo shield è compatibile con TinkerKit, that allows you to create rapid prototypes and, when, with the Arduino Uno, Yun, Leonardo, Ethernet, Two and Mega.
