Avago Technologies announces two new series of devices for the gate drive optocouplers: ACPL-P/W347 and ACPL-P/W349. It is optocouplers for the gate driver 1A and 2.5A designed to protect and to drive the next generation of semiconductor fast switching of the power MOSFET as a silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN) in applications such as power inverters, motor drives and power supplies to the power switching (switching power supplies, SPS).
